Ricki and Christian call it quits!
Former talk show host Ricki Lake has filed for divorce from her jewelry designer husband of two-years, Christian Evans, according to a new report.

Following the couple’s separation on Oct. 9, the ‘Hairspray’ star reportedly filed court documents on Oct. 16 and citied “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the divorce.
The documents also allegedly include a written agreement from the pair to fairly divide up their properties and state Ricki, 46, will pay her husband spousal support. The couple also have a prenuptial agreement, the report states.

(Photo Credit: Splash Images)The news of their divorce comes nearly a month after it was reported the former actress kicked her husband out of their house after he took a “sudden trip” to Ibiza without her and failed to call his wife on her birthday.
“She is devastated,” a source recently told ‘Radar Online’ of the split. “Completely devastated.”

The mother-of-two eloped with Christian on April 8, 2012 after dating for almost three years. She was previously married to bartender and illustrator Rob Sussman from 1994 – 2005, with whom she has two sons, Milo, 14, and Owen, 12.
“Better late than never. He is my soul mate. I was ready for that right person to come into my life,” Ricki once told ‘Good Morning America’ of her relationship with Christian.
