Last evening, the 44-year-old actress hit the red carpet at the LA premiere of her new movie, I Smile Back — and donned a stunning gown with quite the plunging neckline for the occasion!

At the special event, Sarah — who plays a wife and mother with a seemingly happy life but is secretly suffering from depression, unresolved childhood issues and destructive behavior in the film — showed off her ample cleavage in a simple black spaghetti strap dress. She accessorized the look with a pair of matching black pumps and a coordinating silver sequined clutch.
